Walking your dog

Because many dog behaviour problems stem from a lack of appropriate exercise, the Canine Learning Centre offers dog walking as part of their services to the pet owner.

Walks include:

Individual Walk
1-1 walk on or off the lead.

Group Walk
Your dog will be walked in a small group of no more than four sociable dogs.

Training Walk
If you find yourself short of time to practice your training, our dog walker can combine basic command training with exercise during the walk. These walks are excellent for physical and mental exercise.

Reactive Dog Walk
Does your dog bark aggressively at other dogs while on the lead? Our reactive dog walks not only exercise your dog, but also provide specialised training.

Your dog's day

Your dog will have a safe walk on or off the lead, as required by you. This can be on their own or with a small group of sociable dogs. Walks are normally an hour, excluding travel time, however shorter walks can be arranged.

Your dog is taken back to your house tired, clean and wiped. A diary sheet that explains their day will be given to you.

Our walkers are professional, insured, CRB checked and have completed an animal first aid course. The training walk and reactive dog walk are conducted by our qualified behaviourist and trainer.
